Orders
We keep track of our product stock levels on the website. So, if it's listed as available on the website, it will be available for shipment immediately. We will endeavour to shop within 1-2 business day of the order being made on the website. If you need help choosing a piece for your big day, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are also able to tailor pieces customised to your exact needs. Please tell us about it and we will be happy to discuss and meet your needs.
Delivery
COVID 19 - There will be some delivery delays due to the COVID 19 pandemic. This delay is not caused by us but is the delay of delivery in general via our courier - Australia Post. Please check out information from Australia Post website for up-to-date information regarding their standard delivery delays for Regular and Express Post.
Our orders are sent from our local studio in Perth, Western Australia via Australia Post in a tracked Parcel Post satchel. The Parcel Post delivery service from Australia Post that we use will ensure that your parcels are delivered in 5-7* business days within Australia - subject to delivery delays due to COVID 19.
When you purchase any "in stock" items listed on our website, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday). Within Australia, please expect that your order will arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping in Australian city metro areas. Please allow a couple of days extra for suburban destinations - usually within 3-5 business days. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information.
Express shipping by Australia Post is also available at checkout - which will incur extra charge. Generally it will be delivered to your address within 2-3 business day. Please note Express Shipping will still be shipped within the next business day. We might do same day shipping if requested. We offer delivery to other international destinations to USA, Canada, New Zealand and Worldwide. Orders to these destinations are shipped via Australia post with different delivery estimates for each countries.
Orders over $250 will receive free standard shipping in tracked Parcel Post. This applies to Australian residents only and the free shipping option must be selected at checkout once address details have been entered.
After you complete your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email along with your tracking number. Please check your junk email if you cannot find it in your regular inbox.
If you require your order to arrive before a certain date, we recommend that you choose the express service option, as we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery from Australia Post. The delivery estimates have been provided by Australia Post and we have no control over the delivery times.
The shipment can be updated by you with an Authority to Leave note for Australia Post. If this is the case, or if the order has been declared as "delivered" by Australia Post, we can't be held responsible for any missing parcels. In this case, you will need to open a case with Australia Post.
Returns
If the items are not suitable for you or you have a change of mind, we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit within 7 days from the date the product is received, we offer refunds on approved returns. Simply email us at info@wildlaurel.com.au within 7 days and it will be reviewed within 2 bussiness days for approval to return. If the return is approved, a shipping tracking number must be provided to us within 5 days after it has been approved.
Upon arrival of the returned product at our studio, the product has to be in its original condition which means unused, no damages, no missing parts and comes with complete packaging otherwise a refund will not issued.
Please note that a refund can be made to you but will incur a 20% restocking fee of the items.
If you opt for an exchange or store credit, we would not charge the 20% restocking fee. Please request your exchange or use your store credit within 3 months as it will expire after that period.
Sale items that are purchased cannot be refunded - but you can still opt for a store credit or exchange.
Customised products, such as personalised accessories and custom color cannot be returned/exchange and all sales are final.
The return shipping cost will be incurred by the buyer.
If items are faulty and can be determined to be caused by us, the mistake is ours and we will provide either a full refund or an exchange if available at the time and we are notified within 7 days.
Any exchanges/returns, return postage is to be paid for by the customer and is not refundable.
Return and refund in any reason are not applicable after 7 days item being recieved to avoid wardrobing.
